  • Intake paperwork is due 48 hours after receiving it. Intake paperwork has to be completed in order to move to being scheduled for an appointment.

  • Once intake paperwork is completed, the office will reach out within 24 hours to get scheduled. Scheduling an appointment can occur within five business days.

  • We offer individual therapy sessions for 45-60 minutes, depending on insurance coverage. Couples sessions are 90 minutes, which is not covered by insurance. 

  • Yes. All patients are graced with one free late cancellation fee, but after the one free is utilized, the late cancellation fee is $50.

  • In intake paperwork, there is a document for credit card information. The information is stored on your account for therapy sessions. All credit card processing will take place by 9:00am the day of appointment. Please adhere to the 24 hour late policy to avoid a late cancellation fee of $50.
